International 学生s - 入学

Benedictine College accepts applications all year. 学生s should apply as early as possible. It may take more than a month to process a student visa application. Suggested application deadlines are April 1 for August admission and October 1 for January admission.

International Freshmen

  • 完成 online application or The Common Application.  
  • Copy of your passport picture page or national ID card.
  • Official transcripts  from all high schools (secondary schools) attended, secondary school leaving certificates, exit exam results and other academic credentials.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency (see accepted exams below)
  • Standardized test scores from either the SAT or ACT are highly recommended but are not required. The results of these test will be used in determining scholarship eligibility.

Exchange 学生s (One Semester or One Year)

  • 完成 online application or The Common Application.
  • Copy of your passport picture page or national ID card.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency (see accepted exams below)
  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary schools.

International Transfer

  • 完成 online application or The Common Application.
  • Copy of your passport picture page or national ID card.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency (see accepted exams below)
  • Official transcripts from all universities, colleges and other post-secondary schools attended. In order to receive transfer credits from foreign institutions, you must have all post-secondary transcripts professionally evaluated. 我们建议 Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE)World Education 服务s (WES) or InCred Evaluators.
  • If you transfer fewer than 24 university credits, we also need official transcripts from all high schools attended, as well as secondary school leaving certificates and exit exams.

Standardized Test Scores

Benedictine College must receive all standardized test scores directly from the governing test center for international freshmen and transfer applications. ACT Code: 1444, SAT/TOEFL Code: 6056

English Requirements

If English is not your first language, you must provide one of the following for English proficiency:

  • TOEFL or comparable instrument: Minimum TOEFL score is 577 paper-based, 90 internet-based.

  • A minimum of 540 SAT ERBW section
  • A minimum of 23 ACT English section
  • Duolingo English Test with a minimum score of 75

* If you are graduating from a U.S. or Canadian high school, an ACT or SAT score is required for admission.

Standardized test scores are used for admission purposes only and do not determine the course placement of a student. Applicants who do not meet these requirements may still be eligible for admission to Benedictine College through the English as a Second Language Pathway Program

MBA入学

If you are interested in pursuing a Master of Business Administration, you may do so on a course-by-course basis while still pursuing an undergraduate degree or by taking the Traditional MBA Program after completing your undergraduate degree. More information about MBA

The basic requirements for admission to the Traditional MBA Program are:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any major from an accredited institution.

  • An indication of the capability to perform graduate course work, based on a combination of undergraduate GPA and GMAT scores The formula for admission is: 250 times the undergraduate GPA plus the GMAT score must equal 1100

  • TOEFL score 550 paper-based, 80 internet-based.

  • Successful completion of undergraduate courses in the following subjects: Accounting, 经济学, 金融, 统计数据
